SisuCHEMA chemical imaging workstation performs all that near infrared chemical imaging can do – chemical composition mapping in tablets and blending powder samples, tablet coating inspection, and counterfeit product detection. SisuCHEMA does the chemical imaging analyses quicker than any other system on the market, in a few seconds per sample. It provides the highest sample throughput in both formulation and process development and in routine product quality assurance.

Integrated with UmBio’s real‐time on‐line processing solution, the SisuCHEMA technology can be moved to production lines, and provide 100% inspection applications in pharmaceutical production.
