We are now searching for a
Head of Sales and Marketing
to drive this growth and lead our global Sales Division, consisting of the Sales Team, Marketing Team and Product Management.
Your teams and colleagues are located at the Oulu headquarters and Helsinki office, working with clients and partners around the world, in industrial and research/governmental segments.
You will report to the CEO of the company. As a member of our Executive Board, you’ll bring in your commercial insight and enable the teams to hit their targets. You will also personally open new doors to global industrial OEM accounts.
You’ll oversee our marketing efforts to increase awareness of Specim’s technology, generate and nurture leads and make sure we excel in solution selling, creating value for clients through innovative combinations of hardware and applications.
Your success is powered by:
- 10+ year experience in international industrial sales and 3+ years in sales management
- Relevant technical or business degree
- Systematic approach to sales management and CRM
- Understanding of contemporary b2b marketing and its practices
- Up-to-date knowledge and interest in high-tech
- Ability to synchronize the market need and our product development, through efficient product management
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team leader skills
- Ability to travel at least 50% international
