SPECTRAL CAMERAS

VIS

Visible light (380 - 800 nm)

Specim offers several hyperspectral cameras in the visible (380 nm – 800 nm) range. The camera models vary in terms of spectral -, spatial resolution, spectral response, imaging speed, and configuration options. Customized spectral cameras are available; please consult us for the optimum solution for your application.

VNIR

Visible + near infrared light (400 - 1 000 nm)

SPECIM offers several hyperspectral cameras in the visible – near infrared VNIR (350 – 1 000 nm) range. The camera models vary in terms of spectral -, spatial resolution, spectral response, imaging speed, and configuration options. Customized spectral cameras are available; please consult us for the optimum solution for your application.

NIR

Near infrared (900 - 1 700 nm)

Near infrared 900 – 1 700 nm spectral cameras are ideal for industrial measurements, including applications such as moisture profiling, chemical sorting, etc. SPECIM NIR cameras offer high spatial resolution, distortion free image, and high frame rate up to 400 images per second. Please consult us for the optimum solution for your application.

SWIR

Short-wavelength infrared (1 000 - 2 500 nm)

Specim’s new high-speed hyperspectral camera in the SWIR range (1000 – 2500 nm) has more spatial pixels (384) and still achieves much faster image rates up to 400 frames per second using CameraLink connection. With its temperature stabilized optics, it provides the stability and sensitivity required in today’s most challenging near-infrared chemical imaging applications, from pharmaceutical quality assurance to food and agriculture analysis.

MWIR

Mid-wavelength infrared (3 - 5 µm)

Specim’s high-end MWIR is designed for steel production and black plastic recycling applications.

LWIR

Long-wavelength infrared (8 - 12.4 µm)

Specim’s high-end LWIR cameras are designed for chemical imaging in the thermal “fingerprint” infrared range, for industrial, environmental and defense applications.
