SCANNER SYSTEMS

Specim provides several scanner accessories for its Spectral Cameras and AISA sensors. With a scanner, a line imaging push-broom hyperspectral camera can be easily used to scan an image of a stationary target or scenery in the field and laboratory.

LabScanner Setup 40 x 20

– Camera height adjustment: Available as an option
– Scanning speed capabilities: 65 mm/s
– Interface: Controlled thru spectral camera or with separate control cable, USB or RS232
– Mount designed for the required Spectral Camera
– Halogen illumination
– Sample tray with dimensions 21 cm x 40 cm

LabScanner Setup 100 x 50

– Camera height adjustment: 20”, self-holding
– Scanning speed capabilities: Speed max 500 mm/s
– Interface: Controlled thru spectral camera or with separate control cable, USB or RS232
– Mount designed for the required Spectral Camera
– Halogen illumination for VNIR and SWIR, or thermal line sources for LWIR and MWIR
– Sample tray with dimensions 100 cm x 50 cm
– Translation stage
– White calibration tile for VNIR and SWIR spectral ranges or sand blasted aluminium bar for LWIR and MWIR
– Controllable by Specim’s LUMO Software Suite

Rotating Scanner

The Rotating Scanner unit can be attached directly to a standard tripod with a 3/8” screw. The Spectral Camera is attached to the Rotating Scanner with a adapter that is equipped with a special bayonet enabling quick installation and release of the Spectral Camera.

Mirror Scanner

Specim provides hyperspectral mirror scanner to be used with AISA sensors or Spectral Cameras for imaging in the field. The mirror scanner provides 2-D data (data cube) acquisition of spatial target scans. Image data can be visualized by selecting i.e. three wavelength ranges corresponding R, G and B values.
